These vendors , while they offer much help during the actual hiring phase, still left companies that do not have a large HR departments of their own with the enormous and important pre-hire process to manage and execute. The problem is not really in going through the motions of hiring, it’s in hiring better people. People who are the right fit for your company. Small and mid-sized businesses don’t usually have time to focus on what a good hiring process requires. Understandably they are busy.
